Valentine’s Day is coming up and I’m so excited!!!!!! I’m not sure what I’m going to do though. Maybe just go to the movies with some friends or something. I really want to see Dear John and Valentine’s Day. Anyways, I subscribe to emails from Hollister. And they sent me this thing about Abercrombie’s new brand- Gilly Hicks based in Sydney, Australia. I've been pretty lately busy so I haven't really been able to update the site much or reply to comments. But finals will be over by Friday and I hope to have some new content up by then. So now the title...Part 1 of exams is done for me. I have to take five exams total. I took two today, I'll take two more tomorrow, and one more on Thursday. That totals up to three days! Today I took my Honors English and Spanish Exams. Spanish was such a joke! That was probably easier the the Spanish quizzes that we take. English on the other hand was hard but easier than I thought. Didn't get to finish my essay but I think I did okay. Tomorrow I'm taking my Honors Geometry and History finals. Then Thursday will be biology and I'm done! Well, semester finals are coming up at my school. I'm really afraid that I'll fail though :death: but I have all A's and 1 B right now so it shouldn't be too bad. I'm really getting annoyed with school right now because of all the work, especially in this first week back. And although the honors classes aren't too hard, they're killing me! I'm so nervous about it though, but wish me luck! :) I know I said that I wasn't planning on putting up a new layout, but I really thought the site needed a change with the new year and all. Speaking of the New Year, it's going pretty smooth so far. The only thing is that I've already broken all three of the resolutions that I made. Bad, I know. But I'm going to try to get back to them and actually stick to them (this year). I'm tired of failing at New Year's resolutions every year! Ugh! And this 2010 thing is really messing me up. A couple days ago in Honors Geometry we were discussing how 2010 is the start of the new decade. But if you think about it, 2011 would really be the start of the new decade since the Common Era (C.E.) started year 1 C.E. So that means that the New Millenium actually started in 2001 instead of 2000. But whatever. People can think what they want to think. I don't know why I brought that up. I just seemed kind of weird. But then again my geometry teacher is crazy. I mean, she's the nicest lady in the world, but she flips out all the time. BIPOLAR much? lol XD . But she treats us like we're in Kindergarten. She adds colors and all types of effects to the powerpoint presentations in class which she thinks are cool and exciting, but we students know that they're lame and for little kids (no offense) lmao :P. But seriously, If this is Honors Geometry then I need to try something more advanced XD . So far the weather hasn't been too bad in Michigan as it has been in other places. But the weather is even worse down south than it is in Detroit! In fact, on the local news this morning, the meteorologist reported that it was colder in Texas than it was in Antarctica! Can you believe that? A deep freeze has been passing through the south. Massive blizzards have hit the Northeast. And yet, Michigan has gotten nothing at all- that is until last night. The first major snowstorm of the season hit. We received about 4 inches of snow. That's nothing compared to what we usually get, like 6-8 inches. Everyone was really looking forward to school being canceled too, but unfortunately it wasn't. Anyways, I just hope that something comes soon so that I don't have to go to school. But when I studied Ancient History back in 8th grade it talked about how the Mayans predicted the world will end December 23, 2012 and they were pretty accurate mathmeticians. But here's a theory that could back that up: If Sarah Palin becomes president in 2012, the world will end lol XD . (No offense to Palin fans). But enough of that for now. I've also managed to make the site a little more organized. I revamped some pages and used thumbnails and made it really decorative! Anyways I've really updated alot. New content and everything! More graphics and more tutorials. A lot more of everything! I'll be putting up 2-3 website template soon for download. I'm also thinking about putting up 2.0 MySpace layouts. My school is like one of the most athletic schools in the country! So sports are really tough there! People like Chris Webber went to my school! And my friend at my school is an Olympic athlete! So sports are definitely making my life hectic and crazy! :dead: So my best friend in the world (or at least my bestest-bestest Indian friend in the world!) had such a great surprise on Sunday. Her parents planned her a surprise birthday party! It was so hard keeping it a secret from her, especially seeing her at school everyday! But the party was great! We went to a resturaunt, Olive Garden, and for those of you who don't know, the breadsticks are amazing!!!!! The food was yummy!!!! lol XD . Then we went to see NEW MOON! OMG!!!! NEW MOON!!!! I hated Twilight (the movie) because I read the book. I also read New Moon, but I read it so long ago that I kind of forgot some of the details. So I didn't hate the Movie as much. But OMG!!! Taylor Lautner is so hot!!!!! :love: I don't know why but I'm completely obsessed with him! Everything about him is so amazing!!!!! He has a cute smile and such a hot body!!!!! Pics for those of you interested: Pic 1, Pic 2I don't think I'll be getting over that crush anytime soon though! :) I'm finally turning 14!...in 5 days :) I can't wait! I can't wait! I don't really have any big plans or anything though (or at least not right now). My bestest friend in the whole entire world [Prachi] has her birthday 13 days after mine! So were going to see New Moon on her birthday 7 days befor mine! (It's a surprise though! Her mom and friend Piumi are planning it!) Anyways, my Spanish 1 class is hilarious! We have the greatest time ever because there are such funny people in my class, although they always get detentions lol :) . But I'm passing with and 96. As for Honors English...I don't even want to talk about it. I used to be such a great writer. I won so many writing awards when I was younger. But now I have a "C" :( . Depressing. I know. Right now I have all A's, 1 B, and a C in Honors English (which I will pull up soon i hope). Anyways, today we went to do our American Passports so that we can go to Nigeria this Christmas. [/EDIT] Okay. So this week is spirit week. Today at school we had to dress in different music themes. And of course the freshmen got the worse one :rolleyes: . We were reggae. But the seniors had a hip hop theme. It was so hilarious! They dressed in baggy clothes, and like Flavor Flav XD! And they carried around a big boom box the whole day of school like they used to do "back in the day". It was too cool! The juniors had an "80s" theme. They dressed all "80-ish". If you've ever seen America's Best Dance Crew and saw "Fanny Pack", then that gives you an idea of what the dressed like. Colorful spandex pants and legging, leg warmers, etc. It was awesome :) ! And on Saturday I went to my cousin's homecoming at her school. It was crap :annoyed: ! This Saturday I'm going to my second homecoming at my brother's school. It's a Catholic school so it should be very interesting...lol XD! But I found a date to it with this guy I met last year who is SO annoying! i can't believe I'm going with him to the dance! When I told my friend Michele she laughed XD. I was like whatever. And the third homecoming I'm going to is the Saturday after that at my school. It's Vegas-themed :) ! I'm gonna love this year!
