I promise this will be the last time I blog about finals until whenever the next one is!!!! I’ve been pretty lately busy so I haven’t really been able to update the site much or reply to comments. But finals will be over by Friday and I hope to have some new content up by then. So now the title…Part 1 of exams is done for me. I have to take five exams total. I took two today, I’ll take two more tomorrow, and one more on Thursday. That totals up to three days! Today I took my Honors English and Spanish Exams. Spanish was such a joke! That was probably easier the the Spanish quizzes that we take. English on the other hand was hard but easier than I thought. Didn’t get to finish my essay but I think I did okay. Tomorrow I’m taking my Honors Geometry and History finals. Then Thursday will be biology and I’m done!
Last week my mom was watching American Idol. Apparently this old dude came on their, but was actually pretty entertaining! It became an instant hit and if you haven’t heard it by now then you must be CRAZY (or deaf). Their are tons of groups on Facebook for it. What might I be talking about? Pants on the Ground! This guy is hilarious! You have got to watch it. It goes a little something like this: “Pants on the ground, pants on the ground. Lookin’ like a fool with your pants on the ground. With the gold in your mouth, hat turned sideways, pants hit the ground. Call yourself a cool cat lookin’ like a fool, walkin’ downtown with your pants on the ground!” Here it is:

Happy New Year! Well, semester finals are coming up at my school. I’m really afraid that I’ll fail though 
but I have all A’s and 1 B right now so it shouldn’t be too bad. I’m really getting annoyed with school right now because of all the work, especially in this first week back. And although the honors classes aren’t too hard, they’re killing me! I’m so nervous about it though, but wish me luck!
I know I said that I wasn’t planning on putting up a new layout, but I really thought the site needed a change with the new year and all. Speaking of the New Year, it’s going pretty smooth so far. The only thing is that I’ve already broken all three of the resolutions that I made. Bad, I know. But I’m going to try to get back to them and actually stick to them (this year). I’m tired of failing at New Year’s resolutions every year! Ugh! And this 2010 thing is really messing me up. A couple days ago in Honors Geometry we were discussing how 2010 is the start of the new decade. But if you think about it, 2011 would really be the start of the new decade since the Common Era (C.E.) started year 1 C.E. So that means that the New Millenium actually started in 2001 instead of 2000. But whatever. People can think what they want to think. I don’t know why I brought that up. I just seemed kind of weird. But then again my geometry teacher is crazy. I mean, she’s the nicest lady in the world, but she flips out all the time. BIPOLAR much? lol XD . But she treats us like we’re in Kindergarten. She adds colors and all types of effects to the powerpoint presentations in class which she thinks are cool and exciting, but we students know that they’re lame and for little kids (no offense) lmao :P. But seriously, If this is Honors Geometry then I need to try something more advanced XD .
So far the weather hasn’t been too bad in Michigan as it has been in other places. But the weather is even worse down south than it is in Detroit! In fact, on the local news this morning, the meteorologist reported that it was colder in Texas than it was in Antarctica! Can you believe that? A deep freeze has been passing through the south. Massive blizzards have hit the Northeast. And yet, Michigan has gotten nothing at all- that is until last night. The first major snowstorm of the season hit. We received about 4 inches of snow. That’s nothing compared to what we usually get, like 6-8 inches. Everyone was really looking forward to school being canceled too, but unfortunately it wasn’t. Anyways, I just hope that something comes soon so that I don’t have to go to school.
I know I babbled on and on about nothing in this blog, but to finish it I’m going to do something new. I’ll end with a quote of the day!
